Our program is going to set a new standard of personal training excellence. Our #1 goal is to assist clients and existing students by providing personalized workouts based on fundamental required assessment that is designed for the individual to improve your overall strength, balance and well-being. This is a Palangi+ Personalized Policy requirement that you will not find at your average fitness center or gym.

Just like our Kickboxing and Kettlebell programs, it is extremely important that our client is safe and receives individual instruction. Your well-being and goals are #1. And, also just like Kickboxing and Kettlebells, the Palangi+ philosophy is to give you the knowledge to excel. We will push you to do better and reach beyond your goals.

You will receive a program that is generated specifically for you, at your personalized starting point.  You can also train with a friend. Please choose "semi-private" when booking sessions if you'd like to train with a friend.* 

The first session will be a 30-minute assessment/workout while all following sessions are 30-minutes for your convenience.

8 sessions = $30/each

16 sessions = $30/each, get 1 free!

24 sessions = $25/each, get 2 free!

32 sessions = $25/each, get 3 free!

48 sessions = $25/each, get 5 free!
